The Obergurgl-Hochgurgl ski resort offers peaks of culinary delights for ski gourmets at all levels and altitudes. At the lower terminus of the Kirchenkarbahn cable car, for instance, you’ll find the spectacular TOP Mountain Crosspoint. The futuristic multifunctional building combines a contemporary restaurant, panoramic terrace with plenty of chilling space and the TOP motorcycle museum. Built in 2015/2016, TOP Mountain Crosspoint attracts speed freaks as well as relaxation junkies in a modern architectural setting.

Spectacular: culinary peaks of delight with a 360° view
A landmark with the finest culinary offerings at 3,080m above sea level. Enthroned on the narrow ridge of the Wurmkogel, a temple to good food combines with a panoramic bar and viewing platform to create an architectural masterpiece. Thousands of Swarovski crystals glitter on the designer ‘star bar’. The panoramic view extends all the way to the Dolomites. It’s not just the highlight of the Obergurgl-Hochgurgl ski resort, it’s also the focal point of your private summit party.
Top Mountain Crosspoint
6,060sqm of futuristic chill and experiences zone with culinary delights
An exceptional fusion of panoramic restaurant, terrace, motorcycle museum, toll station and indoor and outdoor chill zone. Lower terminus for Kirchenkarbahn cable car. Passing point between North and South Tyrol.
Meeting point between the Hochgurgl ski resort and the Timmelsjoch High Alpine Road. Space for lovers of authentic food and contemporary design. Built in 2015/2016.
Wurmkoglhütte – midway station
Simple Tyrolean comforts at 2,807m above sea level
Treat yourself to a break from the slopes while fully enjoying the joys of the Obergurgl-Hochgurgl ski resort. The self-service Wurmkoglhütte is easy to get to, so make yourself comfortable, enjoy the view of the Ötztal Alps, observe the snow action from the sun terrace and help yourself to refreshments. Or take a seat by the fireplace or in the ice bar in one of the Stuben and raise a glass to life, love and great holidays.
Kirchenkar ski hut
Good old-fashioned geniality around the fireplace at 2,580m above sea level
A typical Tyrolean ski hut in the best sense of the word. Enjoy a hearty wooden platter of cheeses and cold cuts on the sweeping sun terrace, or tuck into fluffy plum jam dumplings in front of the open fire. Whichever you choose, it has to be followed by a shot of apricot or Williams pear schnapps at the ice bar as you savour the panoramic views of the Gurgler glacier and the Ötztal Valley.

Downhill Grill
Mountain hut magic with excellent barbecued steaks
Rib eye steaks, prime ribs or spare ribs – whatever you choose, enjoy excellent barbecued meat and Tyrolean delicacies at 1,780m above sea level at the Hochgurglbah cable car lower terminus in Pill (Untergurgl). It’s enough to make any steak lover’s mouth water, but don’t worry if you prefer burgers, Tyrolean dumplings or Gröstl – you won’t miss out! Great for lunch on the sun terrace or an evening meal in rustic surrounding.
